I know. Life has been crazy and a lot of things have changed over the past year.
Can you believe it? I am now a certified Zumba instructor! It’s awesome. Zumba has made a huge impact on my life.
I am recharged and the blog is revamped. I’ve even added a FaceBook page so please connect with me there as well.

One of my friends posted a question as their fb status… She said ” If you could switch bodies with anyone in the world… Who would it be and why?” It really made me think.. The “old me” would have instantly thought of someone beautiful and thin, dreaming about how awesome it would be to just wake up one day with the body I have always wanted. But, I realized that I wouldn’t want to trade with anyone… I have learned to finally love myself and my body. Am I happy with the shape my body is in right now or the way it looks? No. At least not yet. But I am loving the journey and all the challenges to getting to the place I want to be. I love seeing the changes and transformations that have been taking place, and I love the feeling that I am finally accomplishing something and overcoming the thing that has been holding me back my whole life.. 🙂
My journey started with weight watchers, and I absolutely love this program! I would be nowhere right now without my “WW family”!Â

Weighed in tonight and lost 0.2 this week. I would have liked to see a bigger number, but that is a whole lot better than gaining! Plus, I know that I ate really well and worked out really hard this week, and that is good enough for me! 🙂
I also have been seeing a few changes in my body this week that I haven’t noticed before. Like being able to run a mile under 10 minutes and being able to keep up with and finish all the lunge work in the Body Pump Class. 🙂
It is nice to be able to look past the scale sometimes! 🙂 Â
