Egg White Scramble

EGG WHITE SCRAMBLE

3 egg whites, veggies (bell peppers, onion, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, etc…) I also sometimes like to add some salsa. (1 points+)

-You can add 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese which will make it 3 points

-Or add turkey sausage making it 4 points plus. (without the cheese)

– Or you can use one whole egg and 2 egg whites and scramble it with all the veggies (3 points+)

1 serving of oatmeal or cream of wheat (3 points+)… I like to add a banana or some frozen berries and a little but of sweetener (I prefer splenda)

YOGURT

I cup PLAIN Fat free Greek yogurt. Sweetened with splenda (or your sweetener of choice) You can add some cinamon and a chopped up apple, or some berries (I normally just take frozen fruit after its thawed, of course)

SMOOTHIE

1 cup PLAIN FF Greek yogurt

frozen berries

banana

ice

sweetner (again, I use splenda)

spinach (I normally put 1-2 large handfuls in… I know it sounds gross, but you can not taste it at all! And it adds loads of nutrition and fiber and keeps you full longer!)
