More than the Scale



Weight Watchers

My journey started with weight watchers, and I absolutely love this program! I would be nowhere right now without my “WW family”! 

In case any of you guys were thinking about joining, or if you know someone pass this around… It is only $1 to enroll right now, if you sign up for 3 months in advance! Weigh-in 6/14

Weighed in tonight and lost 0.2 this week. I would have liked to see a bigger number, but that is a whole lot better than gaining! Plus, I know that I ate really well and worked out really hard this week, and that is good enough for me! 🙂

I also have been seeing a few changes in my body this week that I haven’t noticed before. Like being able to run a mile under 10 minutes and being able to keep up with and finish all the lunge work in the Body Pump Class. 🙂

It is nice to be able to look past the scale sometimes! 🙂

Weigh In

Gained 1.8 this week. I am taking responsibility for my actions and admitting that I did not make the best choices this week. There were 3 days where I didn’t track my food in my food journal and I only worked out about half as much as I usually do. But, I will just take this as a learning experience and will remember the importance of tracking my food and will get back into my normal workout routine this week! 🙂
